Who is Mohamed Fala?
Mohamed Fala is an Egyptian tourism and hospitality business leader who has spent nearly four decades building world-class destinations along the Red Sea coast. As Chairman of EL Nakhil Tours and Managing Director of Al Nakhil Tourist Resorts, he has pioneered the development of Egyptian hospitality to meet international standards while preserving the warmth and authenticity that define the country's culture.
In the early 1980s, he saw potential in the Red Sea coast where there was no infrastructure, no roads, and no hotels — just nature and possibility. He began with a tour operation, EL Nakhil Tours, founded in 1988 as a Category A travel agency, and built credibility one step at a time before expanding into resort operations.
Today, his vision has come to life at Caribbean World Resorts and the Sentido Caribbean Soma Bay — a five-star, all-inclusive beachfront property spanning 140,000 m² with 604 rooms, 14 restaurants and bars, and a commitment to authentic Egyptian hospitality at a global luxury standard.
A firm believer that Red Sea tourism depends on protecting its natural assets, Mohamed has long championed marine conservation and sustainable tourism practices.
